All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

To begin a claim or request a replacement, email us at lumberjackouterwear@gmail.com with your order number and details. We’ll provide return instructions if applicable.
